A stunning quality Victorian Period thuya, ebony & marquetry inlaid antique coffee table. The oval top veneered in thuya with an ebonised border and a fine quality central marquetry panel. One side having a rectangular mahogany lined frieze drawer and the opposing side having a classical wedgwood plaque. Raised on turned reeded columns, swept supports in amboyna and ebony and with brass and porcelain castors, united by a turned and reeded stretcher with ormolu mounts throughout. English circa 1870-1880
Condition: This table is in stunning condition. It has been reduced from a higher Victorian side table to form a coffee table.
